智通财经APP获悉，乳业股涨幅居前，截至发稿，蒙牛乳业(02319)涨6.83%，报19.72港元；优然牧业(09858)涨3.83%，报2.44港元；中国飞鹤(06186)涨1.38%，报6.59港元；现代牧业(01117)涨0.88%，报1.15港元。
消息面上，国家卫生健康委决定组织开展2025年人口高质量发展研究揭榜攻关活动。其中提出，研究提出进一步完善生育支持措施、加强中长期政策储备的建议。此外，发改委表示相关职能部门正积极加紧制定育儿补贴及劳动工资等配套政策。
东兴证券表示，各地发放生育补贴有利于出生率的提升，低线城市更为受益。与一线城市进口奶粉占比较高相比，低线城市国产奶粉占比较高，下线城市生育率的提升利好国产奶粉销售；近年来随着婴幼儿奶粉配方二次注册实施以及新国标的出台提高了行业准入门槛。行业集中度提升叠加潜在生育政策红利，头部婴配粉企业有望迎来利润及估值的戴维斯双击，利好中国飞鹤、伊利股份等婴配粉龙头企业。
