　　3月27日消息，恒大汽车早盘重挫，股价一度跌超27%。

　　昨日恒大汽车港股股价出现异常波动，短时间内涨幅扩大至230%，最终收盘涨幅为74.79%。有关恒大汽车新买家的消息不断发酵，传言称广汽集团华望（GH）项目将收购恒大汽车南沙工厂，当日有记者对此事向广汽集团求证，公司回复称将会优先利用埃安、传祺品牌产能，以公司公告为准。

　　26日晚间，恒大汽车发布公告，公司董事会已注意到公司股份于香港联合交易所的价格及成交量最近有所上升。经作出在相关情况的合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉导致有关上升的任何原因或任何必须公布以避免公司股份出现虚假市场的资料，或除上文所披露者外，并不知悉须予披露的任何其他内幕消息。

　　恒大汽车还在公告中披露，截至2025年2月28日，恒大汽车向中国恒大集团提供的贷款的未偿还余额约20.5亿元。
