消息面上，3月26日，威高股份发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入130.87亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降1.1%;公司拥有人应占溢利20.67亿元，同比增长3.2%;每股基本盈利0.46元，拟派末期股息每股0.1235元。
年度内，集团强化了营销管理体系，继续坚持销售渠道整合与产品结构调整的策略，将营销资源重点聚焦于核心医疗市场的客户开发与维护。集团开展大客户管理取得显着成效。2024年度，集团国内客户新增196家医院、26家其他医疗机构以及174家经销商，集团的国内客户总数为10166家(包括医院3998家、血站419家、其他医疗单位1204家和经销商4545家)，海外客户总数为7685家(包括医院3290家、其他医疗单位2053家和经销商2342家)。
