智通财经APP获悉，美东汽车(01268)绩后跌超14%，截至发稿，跌14.4%，报2.2港元，成交额1193.37万港元。
消息面上，美东汽车发布2024年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币221.54亿元(单位下同)，同比减少22.42%；公司权益股东应占亏损22.64亿元，去年同期则取得溢利1.4亿元；每股亏损168.18分。公司指，全年产生了合共约人民币29.1亿元的商誉及经销商权减值，年内也因此出现净亏损。
公告指出，2024年下半期，行业的竞争愈加激烈，价格战进一步升级到豪华车品牌，部分豪华车品牌折扣金额以及折扣期远大于以往年度，造成集团部分门店尤其豪华车品牌门店，下半期的销售价格及毛利率持续下降，出现下半年的业绩不及上半年的情况，最终使得部分门店的全年业绩远低于集团预测。
