朗诗绿色管理有限公司是朗诗集团的唯一上市平台，主营业务为地产开发，包括位于中国及美国的物业投资、发展及管理，同时也在绿色养老、绿色金融服务、绿色装饰、绿色设计、物业服务等相关业务中积极开展。至今已开发近100个绿色科技地产项目，开发总面积逾1,600万平方米，为30万业主提供了健康、舒适、节能、环保的绿色住宅产品及完善的绿色物业服务。
截至2024年中报，朗诗绿色管理营业总收入13.23亿元、净利润-6.76亿元。
