智通财经APP获悉，中金发布研报称，维持对领展房产基金(00823)2025及2026财年每单位分派(DPU)预测于2.66港元及2.66港元不变，并维持“跑赢行业”评级，同时上调目标价5%至42港元，主要反映潜在的海外利率下行。领展日前发布公司简报显示，2025财年三季度区域经营表现分化，部分位于中国香港及内地的物业有所承压，而海外物业经营则维持稳健。
