　　星展发布研报称，领展房产基金（00823）香港零售投资组合在首九个月转入负增长。截至去年12月，零售组合的平均每月租金按季下跌0.6%至每平方呎64.1港元。不过，由于租户销售额下降及占用成本比率已呈现回稳迹象，短期内应可限制租金进一步下调的风险。另外，集团正式成立领展房地产投资，以作为新的业务线。该行将集团目标价由41港元上调至41.65港元，续予“买入”评级。
