智通财经APP获悉，里昂发布研报称，华润置地(01109)受到发展物业减值亏损拖累，去年基本纯利跌8.5%，大致符合该行预期。该行预期，今年集团的合约销售将会回升，而盈利将于2026年反弹。该行表示，鉴于入账利润率下降，将集团2025至26年的盈利预测分别下调3.2%和3.6%，但将目标价由30港元上调至32.2港元，维持“跑赢大市”评级。
