Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining (SHA:600988, HKG:6693) received a warning letter from the Inner Mongolia Securities Regulatory Bureau for delayed disclosure of a two-month production halt at its subsidiary Jilin Hanfeng Mining Technology in early 2023, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company's chairman, president, and board secretary were held responsible. Chifeng Jilong must submit a rectification report within 30 days and may seek legal review but must comply with the ruling.
The company shares were down 1% in recent trading.
