智通财经APP讯，雅仕维(01993)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩，收入10.69亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少33.54%;股东应占亏损5182.2万元，同比扩大163.08%;每股基本亏损13.3分。
公告称，于本年度，地铁线及广告牌分部取得收入4亿元(2023年：5.86亿元)，毛利为1.04亿元，而毛利率为26.0%(2023年：1.59亿元及27.1%)。地铁业务方面，集团凭借专业市场洞察，于续约深圳地铁等核心资源时争取到更有利的条款，成效稳健。同时，杭州地铁等成熟资源的表现亦稳如预期。此外，高铁出行热潮所带来稳定增长的客流，叠加集团大中华区资源网络形成的业务协同效应，香港西九龙站、昆明火车站等枢纽的广告价值得以持续提升。而广告牌业务则透过持续优化多元化媒体形式，包括因应需求调整设计，逐步提升效益。
于本年度，机场分部取得收入3.58亿元(2023年：5.19亿元)，毛利为1.25亿元，而毛利率为34.8%(2023年：1.38亿元及26.6%)，按年上升8.2个百分点。盈利能力改善乃由于集团透过持续的资源优化，配置实现机场媒体组合升级，例如以更优越的成本条件重获海口美兰国际机场广告媒体合约。尽管全面营运重整仍在进行，但本年度已取得令人鼓舞的进展，印证了现有策略于提升回报方面的成效。
