【EOS母公司CEO近期斥资1.728亿美元在意大利置办一处豪宅】3月26日消息，据意大利媒体《L'Union Sarda》报道，Vaulta（原 EOS）母公司 Block. one 的首席执行官、Bullish 董事长 Brendan Blumer（BB）于近日以创纪录的 1.6 亿欧元（约合 1.728 亿美元）买下罗马齐诺（Romazzino）别墅。除去切尔托萨别墅（Villa Certosa）外，这笔交易是撒丁岛乃至意大利房地产史上金额最高的交易。 这座位于罗马齐诺（Romazzino）的别墅是翡翠海岸（Costa Smeralda）最奢华的豪宅之一，是沙特前石油部长艾哈迈德·扎基·亚马尼（Ahmed Zaki Yamani）的旧宅。该豪宅坐拥 350 米海岸线，占地 2.3 公顷，拥有 28 间卧室、35 间浴室、宽敞露台、两处私人海滩入口、两座专属码头、三个游泳池，以及约 2.3 万平方米的花园与配套设施。 Brendan Blumer 于 14 岁时创立了在线游戏虚拟道具自动化交易平台 Gamecliff。2010 年推出 Okay.com，打造亚太房地产市场的协同数据共享生态系统，后发展成为香港最大的数字房地产中介。2017 年，他与 Dan Larimer（BM）共同创办 Block.one，致力于区块链技术研发。
