智通财经APP讯，MONGOL MINING(00975)发布公告，于2025年3月26日(纽约时间)，发行人该公司及公司间接全资附属ER及附属公司担保人与Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc及香港上海汇丰银行有限公司(作为初始购买人)订立购买协议，内容有关发行人联合发行本金总额为 3.5亿美元按8.44%计息于2030年到期的优先票据。
公司拟将建议发行优先票据所得款项净额用于在规管2026年票据的契约许可的情况下购回及╱或赎回未偿还的2026年票据。余下的任何资金预期将用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
