智通财经APP讯，多点数智(02586)发布公告，于2025年3月28日(交易时段后)，多点(深圳)数字与北京物美订立股权转让协议，据此，多点(深圳)数字有条件同意收购，而北京物美有条件同意转让目标股权(“多点智联20%的股权”)，代价为人民币4700万元(现金)。
截至本公告日期，多点智联为多点(深圳)数字的非全资附属公司，由多点(深圳)数字持有80%权益。于股权转让完成后，多点智联将成为多点(深圳)数字的全资附属公司，其财务业绩将继续并入集团。
作为日常业务的一部分，多点智联主要针对“人、货、场”开发并提供AIoT解决方案。其中包括，改善用工结构的智慧提效解决方案，包括智能收银、智能商品补货解决方案、智能包裹分拣解决方案、保障安全生产的智能安防解决方案，包括智能防损、智能安防、智能巡检、自助夜收、远程值守，智慧保洁与智能设备等(统称“AIoT解决方案”)。
同时，多点智联及附属公司是34项软件版权的注册拥有人及14项专利的专利人(两者对集团开展业务至关重要)。
股权转让旨在提高多点智联在执行AIoT业务主体的独立性，也有利于集团面向全零售行业推广AIoT业务。此外，本次股权转让将使集团对多点智联实现全面控制，实现统一协同管理，提升运营效率，降低管理成本。此外，由于多点智联为集团的关连方，股权转让将减少多点智联与集团之间的关连交易。
