市区新盘继续减价，恒基地产(00012)旗下已届现楼的红磡必嘉坊‧曦汇，周三(26日)修订价单，将15个单位的定价削减22%，并安排于周日(30日)以先到先得形式出售，折实平均呎价约18,735元，一房单位折实价由约500万元起。
恒基物业代理董事及营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，BAKER CIRCLE首阶段三期已届现楼，会所约40项的设施亦将短时间内全面开放，属第1期的必嘉坊．曦汇，现推出15个精选单位出售，买家可即买即住，预料此次特别优惠将带动新一轮购置热潮。
价单所见，是次减价单位涵盖7伙一房，3伙一房连储物室户，5伙两房户，实用面积266至369方呎，定价统一下调22%，最新折实价介乎500.46万至689.89万元，折实呎价约18,307至19,211元。售价最低为20楼N室，实用面积266方呎一房，定价由675.4万减到526.8万，最新折实售价为500.46万元，折实呎价约18,814元。
