项目第2A期首度招标售出的单位位处19及21楼，均为四房一套间隔，设私人升降机大堂，成交价介乎3,960万至4,164.3万元，呎价由35,231至36,211元。当中第7座21楼A室，实用面积1,150方呎，以4,164.3万元售出，呎价约36,211元。
至于，项目第1期的第5座8楼B室，实用面积1,366方呎，采四房双套间隔，设私人升降机大堂，最新以4,868万元获承接，呎价约35,637元。
