为强化综合竞争优势，本集团持续专注于整合并拓展现有业务(包括焦炭及精细化工的产品产能/加工能力)与运营管理，同时透过营运及管理上的变革来改善本集团表现。变革旨在通过全面落实年度运营生产计划及财务预算，实践企业成本控制措施并保障溢利，提高运营管理效率、盈利能力、投资回报及综合竞争力，从而于2025年底前实现本集团的“六五规划”。
