智通财经APP讯，长飞光纤光缆(06869)发布公告，董事会已于2025年3月28日举行的会议上议决(其中包括)建议采纳 2025年员工持股计划，以建立和完善本公司员工、股东的利益共享机制，进一步提高本公司治理水平，推动本公司业绩增长及最大程度激励本公司关键员工。根据建议2025年员工持股计划的条款，本公司拟将通过集中竞价方式回购其A股，并通过非交易过户或中国法律允许的其他方式向合资格参加对象(包括本公司、其附属公司及分公司的董事(不含独立董事)、监事、高级管理人员及核心骨干人员以及董事会认为需要激励的其他人员)转让有关A股。
建议2025年员工持股计划的标的股份总数不超过600万股A股，约占本公司于本公告日期股本总额的0.79%。根据本公司所有有效员工持股计划(包括建议2025 年员工持股计划)所持全部标的股份总数不超过本公司股本总额的10%，而任一参加对象根据所有员工持股计划(包括建议2025年员工持股计划)所持本公司标的股份总数(不包括本公司首次公开发售前参加对象获得的股份、参加对象通过二级市场购买的股份及通过本公司任何股权激励计划获得的股份)累计不超过本公司股本总额的1.0%。
