智通财经APP讯，新城发展(01030)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩，持续经营业务营业额892.27亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少25.31%;股东应占溢利4.91亿元，同比减少44.12%;每股基本盈利0.07元。
公告称，营业额同比减少的原因是房地产行业下行致地产业务收缩。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团取得物业销售收入约为760.41亿元，交付物业总建筑面积约985.44万平方米。2024年交付及确认为销售的物业平均销售价格为每平方米7716元。
2024年，集团的合约销售额约401.71亿元，合约销售建筑面积约538.82万平方米。全年累计合约销售价格(不含车位销售)为每平方米9832元。
集团投资物业主要源于截至2024年12月31日已开业的173座吾悦广场，开业面积1601.07万平方米。
