智通财经APP获悉，周五，Applovin(APP.US)反弹超5%，昨日因遭浑水做空大跌20%，现报274.76美元。消息面上，沽空机构浑水(Muddy Waters)针对Applovin发布做空报告，指控其存在滥用数据、违反平台服务条款等问题。报告称，AppLovin的广告投放策略“系统性”地违反了应用商店的服务条款，通过“不正当方式提取Meta、Snap、TikTok、Reddit、Google等公司的专有ID”。早前来自Fuzzy Panda、Culper和Bear Cave的报告则称AppLovin夸大其AI平台的效益，并通过强制安装应用程序的方式拉高营收。该公司曾回应2月份的这些报告，称其中充满了“不实和错误的说法”。
