0955 ET - Dutch Bros is one of the few restaurants positioned for potential earnings beats in 2025 and 2026, UBS analysts say in a research note. The coffee chain has multiple drivers in place to support sustained sales growth and share gains despite a challenging macro backdrop and tough year-over-year comparisons with a strong 2024, the analysts say. Shifts in its marketing strategy have improved new customer acquisition and driven higher visit frequency from existing customers, they say. The company's loyalty program is incentivizing higher frequency and supporting share gains for some categories, the analysts say. Mobile ordering is also gaining steam and the launch of hot food offerings in 2026 should draw more morning visits, they say. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
