公开资料显示，声通科技深耕企业级沟通解决方案领域近20年，致力于提升企业级用户信息交换和业务交互方面的便利性及智能化程度。根据艾瑞咨询报告，按2023年的收入计，声通科技是中国第二大企业级全栈交互式人工智能解决方案提供商 ，市场份额为3.8%，在中国企业级交互式人工智能解决方案市场中排名第六，市场份额为1.3%，并在中国整个交互式人工智能解决方案市场中拥有1.2%的市场份额，已在行业内占据一定的领先地位。
