消息面上，3月24日，复宏汉霖发布2024年度业绩，公司于业绩期内实现营业收入约人民币57.244亿元，较去年同期增长约6.1%，净利润达8.205亿元，同比增长50.3%，净利润率达14.3%，同比增长41.6%。这是继2023年首次取得全年盈利之后，公司连续第二年实现全年盈利。
此外，复宏汉霖公布，近日，HLX79注射液(人唾液酸酶融合蛋白)联合汉利康(利妥昔单抗注射液)治疗活动期肾小球肾炎的II期临床试验申请获中国国家药品监督管理局批准。复宏汉霖拟于条件具备后于中国大陆境内开展该药品的II期临床试验。
