Tianneng Power International (HKG:0819) recorded a 37% decline in attributable profit in 2024 to 1.14 billion yuan from 1.82 billion yuan in the year-ago period, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Earnings per share were 1.01 yuan in the year, down from 1.59 yuan in 2023.
Revenue for the battery manufacturer and seller fell by 8.6% to 76.7 billion yuan in the year from 83.9 billion yuan a year prior.
The firm proposed a final dividend of HK$0.17 per share for the year, payable on or before June 13.
