嘉里物流净利接近翻番，但综合物流分部溢利降3%
3月28日，嘉里物流（00636）发布截至二零二四年十二月三十一日止年度业绩。公司全年收入增长23%至582.74亿港元，核心经营溢利增长23%至27.25亿港元，核心纯利增长12%至13.57亿港元。股东应占溢利为15.42亿港元，增长95%。
然而，综合物流业务的分部溢利下降3%至12.51亿港元，主要受到香港及中国内地经济环境变化的影响。
在管理层讨论与分析中提到，综合物流业务的分部溢利下降是由于香港及中国内地经济的消费模式变化。尽管如此，国际货运业务的分部溢利增长39%至19.5亿港元。
在财务报表附注中，提到公司通过分派其持有的KEXExpressThailand股份的方式完成了特别中期股息的分派，终止了部分亚洲快递业务。此举是为了专注于核心的综合物流及国际货运业务。对于业务分部的总结，综合物流业务面临挑战，而国际货运业务则表现强劲。
