消息面上，新天绿色能源公布2024年业绩，营业收入为人民币213.72亿元，同比提高5.38%；税前利润为人民币23.47亿元，同比下降30.33%；归属于母公司股东净利润为人民币16.72亿元，同比下降24.24%。每股盈利为人民币0.40元，拟派发末期现金股息每股人民币0.21元。单看2024年第四季度，公司单季度主营收入55.83亿元，同比下降22.01%；单季度归母净利润1.77亿元，同比下降74.75%。
其中，风力╱光伏板块业务的营业收入为人民币60.44亿元，同比减少3.20%，风力╱光伏板块业务的营业收入占集团营业收入的28.28%。收入下降的主要原因为集团风电场可利用小时数及平均上网电价较上年同期下降。净利减少主要原因为风电场可利用小时数较上年同期下降、平均上网电价较上年同期下降、天然气单方毛利较上年同期下降以及计提的资产减值损失较上年同期增加。
