Sabre (SABR) is considering selling its SynXis hospitality software subsidiary in a deal that could fetch more than $1 billion, Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The travel technology company is working with Evercore (EVR) to attract potential buyers, which include private-equity firms and rival software makers, the report added, citing the sources.
Sabre and Evercore didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
