3月27日，东软睿新集团（09616）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告。公司实现收入20.42亿元，较去年同期增长13.1%。归母净利润4.66亿元，较去年同期增长8.4%。摘要如下：

　　在成本方面，公司收入成本约为10.74亿元，同比增长14.1%，主要由于并表东软健康医疗后，医养业务的员工薪酬和药品成本的增加，以及三所学校在校生规模的扩张。毛利达到9.69亿元，较去年增长12.0%。尽管销售开支减少8.1%至4864万元，金融资产减值净损失却增加37.0%至1548万元，显示出应收款项账龄的增长。

　　在管理层讨论与分析中提到，公司的战略方向包括开拓老年教育及医疗康养业务，构建“教医养”一体化的发展模式，以应对中国日益增长的老年人口。报告期内，医养业务实现收入5682万元，主要是因收购东软健康医疗及其附属公司。整体来看，公司在教育业务和医养业务的双轮驱动下，展现出良好的增长潜力。
