智通财经APP获悉，芯片股早盘回暖，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)涨6%，报51.2港元；晶门半导体(02878)涨4.17%，报0.5港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨3.22%，报33.7港元；上海复旦(01385)涨1.62%，报28.3港元。
消息面上，新凯来宣布将在3月底参加中国国际半导体展，这也是该公司的首次亮相。公司表示将发布多款新产品，包括EPI“峨眉山”产品、ETCH“武夷山”产品、CVD“长白山”产品、PVD“普陀山”产品、ALD“阿里山”产品。分析人士认为，新凯来有可能再度拉高中国科技的热度。
高盛此前发布研报称，3月21日，该行在上海与中芯国际的首席执行官举行了一场小型会议。主要讨论内容围绕中国半导体行业的增长前景以及中芯国际2025年的资本支出计划。总体而言，管理层预计市场表现将优于去年，这得益于终端客户的积极预期。管理层持续预期2025年的资本支出将稳步推进。该行维持对中芯国际长期增长趋势的乐观态度，因为该行预计其将受到本土生产持续需求的支撑。
