　　酒店方面，针对2025年3月28日前预订携程平台内缅甸、泰国、老挝全境，以及云南瑞丽的酒店产品，且入住时间为3月28日至4月4日入住的订单，携程已开启兜底保障，联合商家一起为需要退订的用户承担退订损失。

　　机票方面，携程将密切关注航司政策，及时更新相关信息，符合航司全退规则的旅客可以通过APP操作自助全额退票或免费改签。

　　针对2025年3月28日至2025年4月4日出发或返程，抵离地为缅甸的所有旅游订单，携程已启动重大灾害旅游体验保障金，视影响情况为用户提供变更或取消方案，并全力协助沟通挽损，承担上述范围内受直接影响用户的最终退订损失。

　　携程表示，正密切关注地震情况，及时为广大用户提供保障，需紧急协助的用户可在携程平台输入SOS进入页面，平台专线服务人员将第一时间响应并提供专项服务。（罗宁）
