3月28日金融一线消息，中信股份今日召开2024年度业绩发布会。执行董事、副总经理刘正均表示，产融协同化解风险是中信一个独特的产业创新的模式，通过努力取得了很好的成效，也彰显了中信也作为一个综合性企业在协同发展这方面有一些独特的优势。

　　刘正均提到，中信旗下有诸多的金融机构，当金融机构还有一些房地产等相应资产出现风险的隐患的时候，中信集团就组建了协同化险的联合舰队：由中信信托实施信托计划，对风险资产进行风险隔离，然后由中信金融资产投入增量的资金来盘活资产，由中信银行的投入债权融资，真正能够带动通过增量的投入带动存量的盘活，然后由我们的实业公司，对项目进行直接的管控、建设和运营，形成了一个风险隔离主体置换、流动性舒缓和建设运营的一个全链条的服务模式。通过风险端的隔离、资产端的修复、价值端的提升，以及品牌端的赋能，真正推动一些风险资产快速的实现变现和保持增值。
