智通财经APP获悉，万咖壹联(01762)盘中拉升14%，近7个交易日累计涨近30%。截至发稿，涨14.29%，报0.52港元，成交额594.87万港元。
消息面上，万咖壹联发布公告，已于2025年3月20日完成配售2.446亿股配售股份，每股配售股份 0.177 港元，净筹约4300万港元，60%用于研发各种人工智能应用技术、30%用于海外业务发展，以及10%用作集团营运资金。
值得一提的是，万咖壹联此前于2月7日公告，其普通合伙人与有限合伙人订立有限合伙协议，成立有限合伙制投资基金。欢聚时代作为有限合伙人，将出资人民币5000万元认购有限合伙权益。该基金重点投资人工智能及移动互联网广告服务相关的数字经济领域，期限最长7年。万咖壹联参与设立基金，旨在打造产业生态，孵化创新技术，增强市场竞争力。
据悉，万咖壹联为移动互联网领域的新兴科技企业。专注于智能AI营销服务，助力各行业企业与海量手机用户建立紧密联系。
