东方甄选延长股份回购计划至2026年7月25日
3月25日，东方甄选（01797）发布公告，宣布其股份回购计划将延长至2026年7月25日。根据公告，董事会认为在当前市场情况下进行股份回购将展现公司对自身业务前景的信心，并为股东创造价值。
自2024年7月25日至2025年3月24日期间，公司已动用超过9119万元进行股份回购，所回购的股份已于2024年9月11日、2024年10月8日及2024年11月8日注销。
此外，公告还提到，首次公开发行前的购股权计划将于2025年3月27日到期，届时任何尚未行使的购股权将失效。其中包括授予公司执行董事兼行政总裁俞敏洪的1670万份购股权，行使价为每股股份8.88港元。
