智通财经APP讯，烨星集团(01941)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩，收益3.77亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加10.52%;股东应占亏损2196.5万元，同比扩大56.36%;每股基本亏损5.42分。
公告称，截至2024年底，集团的合约建筑面积约为1580万平方米，管理总收益建筑面积超过1320万平方米，与2023年相约;集团在管住宅项目63个，总收益建筑面积约为1230万平方米，占总收益建筑面积的93.5%;集团在管非住宅项目19个，总收益建筑面积约为90万平方米，占总收益建筑面积的6.5%。
