智通财经APP讯，商汤-W(00020)公布，于2025年3月27日，公司根据董事会于2022年6月 20日采纳的公司受限制股份单位计划（并根据日期为2024年6月26日的股东决议案修订）向合资格参与者授出合共311,333,631份受限制股份单位。于授出311,333,631份受限制股份单位中，304,444,051份受限制股份单位向雇员参与者（即集团成员公司的雇员）授出，及6,889,580份受限制股份单位向服务提供者授出。
