消息面上，第一拖拉机股份公布2024年业绩，营业总收入约119.04亿元，同比增长3.26%；归属于母公司所有者的净利润约9.22亿元，同比减少7.52%；基本每股收益0.8206元，每10股派发现金红利人民币2.995元(含税)。单计去年第四季度，公司主营收入11.68亿元，同比下降8.89%；单季度归母净利润-1.79亿元，同比下降102.87%；单季度扣非净利润-2.02亿元，同比下降67.93%。
2024年，公司实现大中型拖拉机产品销售7.43万台，同比增长2.73%，继续保持行业领先位势。另外，受拖拉机、收获机产品市场集中度提升影响，柴油机外部配套市场需求有所下降，柴油机产品全年实现销售14.59万台，其中外销 7.76万台，同比下降5.98%。因拖拉机等主机功率段上延，公司大功率段的柴油机产品销量同比提高。
