智通财经APP获悉，创维集团(00751)高开逾6%，截至发稿，涨6.67%，报2.88港元，成交额426.24万港元。
消息面上，3月27日，创维集团发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得总营业额650.13亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少5.8%;公司股权持有人应占溢利5.68亿元，同比减少46.9%;每股基本盈利24.56仙。
同日，创维集团公布，中信里昂证券有限公司将代表公司提出要约，在该条件的规限下，按每股股份港币3.11元的价格回购并注销最多达最高数目的股份(即3.5亿股股份，占于本公告日期已发行股份约15.67%)。要约将于全面遵守股份回购守则下提出。要约代价(倘要约获全面接纳，即合共约为港币10.885亿元)将以现金支付，并将以集团的内部资源拨付。要约价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价港币2.7元溢价约15.19%。
