消息面上，3月27日，中集集团发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业收入人民币1776.64亿元(单位下同)，同比增长39.01%；净利润41.95亿元，同比增长125.14%；实现归属于母公司股东及其他权益持有者的净利润29.72亿元，同比增长605.60%；基本每股收益0.53元，向全体股东每1股派发现金红利0.176元。
报告期内，本集团集装箱制造业务实现营业收入622.05亿元(去年同期：302.13亿元)，同比上升105.89%，实现净利润40.88亿元(去年同期：17.94亿元)，同比上升127.84%。
报告期内，全球商品贸易需求回升，行业权威分析机构克拉克森(CLARKSONS)2025年2月报告显示2024年全球集装箱贸易量同比增长5.9%至 2.13亿TEU；同时，红海危机导致欧线绕航、码头工人罢工导致港口拥堵等事件降低了集运运输效率，集装箱需求提升。受此影响，报告期内，本集团集装箱制造业务产销量创下历史高峰，其中干货集装箱累计销量达343.36万 TEU(去年同期：66.41万TEU)，同比增长约417.03%；冷藏箱累计销量13.86 万TEU(去年同期：9.25万TEU)，同比增长约49.84%。
