消息面上，颐海国际公布全年财报，收入65.4亿元人民币，同比升6.4%；纯利7.39亿元，同比跌13.3%；每股盈利76.2分。派末期息0.395元，上年同期派0.74元。单看24年下半年，实现主营收入36.13亿元，同比增长2.3%；实现归母净利润4.31亿元，同比下滑12.9%。
美银证券指出，颐海去年业绩未达预期，税后净利润同比跌13%至7.39亿元人民币，低于预期的关联方收入及高于预期的营运支出是主要原因。该行表示，高兴见到颐海进军对企业端及海外市场开始取得成果，去年第三方收入加速增长至一成以上。公司去年派息率89%基本持平。
