智通财经APP讯，广汇宝信(01293)发布公告，集团于2025年3月20日获其上游供应商华晨宝马汽车有限公司和宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司(统称“宝马”)告知，由于公司经营的10家宝马汽车经销网点未能达到与宝马约定的《BMW品牌经销商协议》中的部分商业条款。因此，宝马将会于2025年3月31日起撤销上述10家经销网点销售宝马汽车的授权(“撤销”)，待符合相关条款后，再另行申请及恢复授权。该10家经销网点主要位于江苏省、浙江省及上海市。接到告知后，公司与宝马持续进行努力协调及沟通，但截止本公告之日，仍协商无果。于撤销后，集团仍剩余27家经销网点销售宝马汽车。
董事会认为，撤销将对本集团的营运及财务状况产生一定影响。然而，本集团将竭力保持现有的汽车品牌授权。同时，根据乘用车市场的发展需求及趋势，战略转型，以调整符合公司情况和发展趋势的品牌结构，以确保本集团的财务表现稳定。
