智通财经APP讯，广汇宝信(01293)发布公告，公司获控股股东告知，于2025年3月28日，新疆广汇实业投资(集团)有限责任公司与广汇汽车服务集团股份公司(公司控股股东)与民族数科能源科技(北京)有限公司订立全面托管战略合作协议。
根据全面托管协议，拟委托民族数科全面管理及经营广汇汽车的汽车经销网点。民族数科将通过注资、导入运营体系、能源转型赋能、供应链优化、汽车出口、汽车金融服务创新等多元化方式，纾解广汇汽车经营现金流压力，降低经营成本。此举有望提升广汇汽车现有门店的综合盈利水平，增强市场竞争力，保障广汇汽车现有店面良性经营发展。作为回报，民族数科将以固定加浮动的方式收取一定比例的管理服务费。
全面托管协议项下的合作期限为三年，如订约各方无分歧，则自动延续。
全面托管协议为订约各方合作指导性文件。订约方同意尽快签署具体合作协议，以实施全面托管协议。预计12个月左右完成部分或全部广汇汽车店面的托管工作。
