H&H International (HKG:1112) incurred an attributable loss of 53.7 million yuan in 2024, compared with an attributable profit of 581.8 million yuan in the year-ago period, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Loss per share was 0.08 yuan, whereas the company had made earnings per share of 0.90 yuan in 2023.
The pediatric and adult nutrition product manufacturer's revenue fell by 6.3% to 13.1 billion yuan in the year from 13.9 billion yuan a year prior.
The firm recommended a final dividend of HK$0.05 per ordinary share for the year, payable on or around July 9 to shareholders of record on May 21.
