3月28日金融一线消息，发布公告，于有关变更公司名称的特别决议案于2024年第二次临时股东大会获通过及该行于2025年2月26日在中国换发营业执照后，香港公司注册处处长已于2025年3月26日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认该行的新英文及新中文名称，分别为“WEIHAI BANK CO．，LTD．”及“威海银行股份有限公司”。
