智通财经APP讯，乐享集团(06988)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益1.13亿港元，同比减少97.77%;公司拥有人应占亏损10.68亿港元，同比扩大36.26%;每股基本亏损45.05港分。
公告称，收益减少主要可归因于集团于2023年底对海外电商业务进行战略调整，将以往的贸易采购库存商品再进行海外销售的重资产业务模式，转变为基于兴趣算法在海外短视频平台上进行精准营销服务的轻资产业务模式，聚焦于自建电商平台MARTOP作为核心交易磋商平台，通过提供交易线索及持续利用海外短视频平台精准引流。集团在2024年里还在对新的撮合交易模式进行持续测试，并未向供应商和经销商收取佣金和服务费，故而本年度收入大幅下降。
