日本制铁股价周五下挫，因为有报道称，如果其以141亿美元收购美国钢铁的提议获得批准，那么该公司考虑投资至多70亿美元升级后者的设施。

　　据新闻网站Semafor报道，这远高于该日本公司之前承诺为重建美国钢铁老化资产投入的27亿美元。

　　美国钢铁股价周四在纽约盘后交易中上涨逾7%。日本制铁周五在东京市场一度下跌4.8%，这也包含了除息的影响。

　　Semafor称，两家公司正在积极谈判以挽救这项最初于2023年末宣布的交易。报道未给出消息来源。

　　日本制铁发言人和美国钢铁发言人均不予置评。

　　包括副社长森高弘在内的日本制铁高管目前正在华盛顿与白宫官员会面，争取让该交易获得批准。美国总统唐纳德· 特朗普2月表示，他反对收购但会支持这家日本公司持有该美国巨头的少数股权。
