First Northwest Bancorp and its subsidiary, First Fed Bank, have named Phyllis Nomura as chief financial officer of the company.

The company said Nomura would also serve as treasurer for First Northwest.

Nomura joined First Fed as senior director of accounting in November 2024, the company said.

Prior to joining First Fed, Nomura served as financial chief of the YWCA Seattle King Snohomish and financial chief of Kosmos Management, which are both in Seattle.

As part of management's succession plan, Geri Bullard would continue to serve as operating chief, the company said.
