Priority Technology (PRTH) received an upgraded to its credit rating to B1 from B2 from Moody's, Priority said Thursday.
Moody's said the upgrade reflects the company's sustained revenue growth, simple and cost-effective capital structure favoring cash flow, and projected debt reduction through earnings growth, according to Priority.
Priority shares were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
