智通财经APP讯，CNT GROUP(00701)发布2024年度全年业绩，收入3.46亿港元，同比减少30.2%;股东应占亏损7737.5万港元，同比扩大12.8%;每股亏损4.06港仙。
据悉，该集团于本期间取得亏损主要是由于以下各项的综合效应：(a)集团于2024年12月31日在中国香港及中国内地之投资物业取得重大公平值亏损净额约4660万港元，而于2023年12月31日则约为3056万港元;(b)酒店业务之物业、厂房及设备减值拨备约1545万港元;及(c)中漆集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度产生亏损约4792万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损则约为6712万港元。
