消息面上，3月25日，海底捞发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币427.55亿元(单位下同)，同比增加3.14%;公司拥有人应占溢利47.08亿元，同比增加4.65%;核心经营利润62.3亿元，同比增加18.74%;每股基本盈利0.87元，拟派发末期现金股息每股0.507港元。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，集团整体收入为427.55亿元，同比上升3.1%。2024年核心经营利润为62.3亿元，同比上升18.7%。2024年年内溢利较上年增加4.6%，至47亿元。2024年海底捞餐厅平均翻台率为4.1次/天，2023年为3.8次/天。全年共接待顾客4.15亿人次，较上年增加4.5%。
集团正式启动“红石榴计划”，旨在鼓励孵化和发展更多的餐饮新品牌，推动餐饮服务创新。截至2024年末，集团通过内部创业创立了包括“焰请烤肉铺子”、“火焰官”、“小嗨火锅”等11个餐饮品牌共计74家门店。2024年，其他餐厅收入4.83亿元，同比增长39.6%。对于新品牌的运营、成长及其风险，将持续密切关注市场的实际检验。
