智通财经APP讯，威讯控股(01087)发布公告，预期集团于2024年财政年度将取得净亏损增加至介乎约人民币6100万元至人民币6600万元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得约人民币3540万元，主要是由于(1)于回顾年度内，香港商业房地产市场的整体市况并不理想，2024年财政年度取得投资物业公允价值亏损约人民币1610万元(2023年：约人民币680万元);(2)因中国内地市场竞争激烈及全球市场持续不明朗导致2024年财政年度毛利下降约人民币1230万元;及(3)2024年财政年度取得与集团网络系统整合现金产生单位有关的商誉减值约人民币850万元(2023年：无)，主要由于集团智能办公软件解决方案业务的市场需求低于预期，造成现金产生单位的预计收入增长下调，导致现金产生单位的未来现金流量预测及可收回金额减少。集团投资物业公允价值亏损及商誉减值为非现金项目且不会对集团的现金流量及运营产生即时影响。
