美东时间周四早间，从IBM分拆的IT基础设施服务商Kyndryl（KD）股价重挫14%，此前该公司遭到知名做空机构Gotham City研究发布报告，被指通过“会计魔术”虚增关键业绩指标。

　　Kyndryl是美国跨国信息技术基础设施服务提供商，由IBM基础设施服务业务于2021年分拆而来，设计、构建、管理和开发大型信息系统，公司还提供业务咨询服务。Kyndryl目前是全球最大的IT基础设施服务提供商和第五大咨询服务提供商。

　　Gotham City机构的做空报告核心指控包括收入确认争议和EBITDA调整失真等。

　　报告称，Kyndryl涉嫌将合作伙伴收入全额计入财报，而行业惯例应计净额；该公司 2023财年报表收入因此虚增约7.2亿美元，约占总营收9%。

　　此外，该报告还声称Kyndryl还将重组费用（12亿美元）重新归类为“非经常性项目”，剔除云迁移成本后，其利润率虚报达340个基点。

　　Kyndryl公司CFO否认Gotham City做空报告列举的所有指控，称报告存在“根本性事实错误”，并宣布将启动5亿美元股票回购计划稳定市场信心。

　　对于该股，华尔街分析师观点现严重分歧：摩根士丹利维持“增持”评级，而Bernstein将其目标价从22美元大砍至14美元。
